We have received a really first class service from Italian Tiles Outlet. Our wide search for a suitable tile from many suppliers as part of our ground floor underfloor heating project was assisted immensely by the helpful and very timely sample service provided.

Despite our final choice being out of stock, our selected range was ordered from the factory in Italy and arrived on the delivery date quoted and the service mitigated all issues with the August holidays in Italy. Italian Tiles Outlet stored the delivery in their warehouse for a few days until we were ready to take delivery.

Our chosen Avenza Marmo 60x30 Pearl range of porcelain tile is based on a natural marble finish rather than a flat polished marble finish and so the slip element associated with polished marble is greatly reduced - ideal for heavy traffic areas such as ours.

The tile is manufactured primarily for use on floor areas with a slightly textured surface while retaining the easy to clean characteristics of Italian porcelain - we are delighted with the end result through the kitchen, dining room, hallway and lounge.
